At Egensys, we believe solar should be simple, effective, and built around you. Our Solar PV systems turn your roof into a generator of clean, renewable electricity—helping you take control of your energy costs while reducing your carbon footprint.
Keeping your heat pump and solar system serviced is one of the easiest ways to protect your investment. A quick annual check keeps everything running well, stops small problems turning into bigger ones and helps you get the most out of your energy setup.
Regular checks keep your system running at the level it should, without drops in output.
Servicing helps stop the system from working harder than needed, which keeps your bills steady.
Small issues get found early, so your heat pump or solar setup lasts longer.
Routine maintenance reduces the chance of sudden faults that lead to costly repairs.
At Egensys, we carry out full heat pump servicing with clear reporting and no pushy sales. You get straight answers, honest advice and a system that’s checked properly from top to bottom. Our engineers look at airflow, filters, refrigerant levels, electrical checks and overall performance so you know your heat pump is working as it should.
If your system feels weaker, sounds louder or your bills have crept up, it might be time for a service. Even when everything seems fine, a routine check keeps things running well and helps your heat pump last longer.
Booking a service is quick. We turn up on time, do the job properly and leave you with a system you can rely on. Let Egensys keep your heat pump running the way it should.
This annual service covers Biomass Boilers from Windhager, Okofen, ÖkoFEN, Grant and MCZ. We focus on keeping your system clean, safe and running well.
We clean the heat exchanger, flue fan, brazier and magnetic filter, then check and grease the key mechanical parts. We test the pumps, valves and flow gauges, check the pellet store and auger, and make sure the system pressure, safety valves and controls are all working as they should.
We finish by recommissioning the boiler and checking the flue gas levels. Grant, Okofen 36kW+ and Windhager Exel models take longer, so there is an added £30 charge. A flue or chimney sweep is not included. The boiler must be turned off for eight hours and the ash emptied before we arrive. The service is available across the East Midlands, West Midlands and Yorkshire, with other areas checked on request.
